RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF RECESS
You can return it to us in its original condition
within 7 days of the date you received the item and we will
issue a refund for the price you paid for the item, less a 40% restocking
fee.
We cannot exchange goods.
We do not accept returns of any item that is returned more than
7 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other
services provided.
Please package the relevant item securely and well covered and send
it within seven days of the date that the item was delivered to
you.
On the invoice and on the air waybill write maximum
value US$ 5, make sure to declare the item as "RESO MERCE
AL NEGOZIANTE" (Returned item to merchant) or we have to
charge you for any duties incurred by Italian Customs.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery
service.
We cannot refund any priority courier component of the shipping
charge.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning
the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
Please open the package as soon as arrives and check it. In case
of damage tell immediately to Fedex.
Only in case of damaged item during the shipping (and only if you
contact immediately Fedex and our Company) we guarantee the delivery
of a new item (same of what you ordered)
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used
for purchase within 10 to 14 business days of our receiving your
return.
